Dear Valued Clients and Guests,
Like so many other businesses, our greatest challenge is the ability to employ or contract dedicated spa professionals. To date, I am excited to announce that we have ability to schedule all services including skin care, body contouring, waxing, massage and nail services. Please allow one to two weeks to secure the services of your choice. With that said, we often receive cancellations and maintain a waitlist for your convenience and in effort to accommodate.
Ways to schedule with us:
1) Call us at 508 999 9996. Shall you receive our voicemail system, I encourage you to leave a message and someone will return your call as soon as able. A credit card on file is necessary to schedule an appointment with us. You will not be charged for scheduling. We reserve cards on file in an encrypted format for your security. By reserving this information, it make checking our quick and easy.
2) You may schedule your appointment with our online booking system. Having trouble finding availability? I encourage you to give us a call, we are often able to make small adjustments to accommodate and maximize our schedules.

Helpful information to enlighten you with the how’s and why’s:
Returning Messages: I ask that you be patient. If I am able to accommodate you upon your request, I will respond as quickly as I am able. If you would like to be placed on our cancellation list, please leave your full name, preferred service and contact number on our answering system.
Gift Card Sales: Typically needs an 5 minute appointment to ensure someone is available at the reception desk.
Business hours are by Appointment Only for services, gift cards and product purchases.
Please silence your phones to ensure you receive your well-deserved time to unwind. Shall you use your phone inside the spa, it is asked that you speak with a spa voice of step outside. Cell phone use on speaker is prohibited.
Cancellation policy: As a fee-for-service industry, each hour is valuable to maintain a healthy business.
Our 24 hour cancellation policy is as follows: Less than a 24 hour notice for cancellation will result in a service fee amount equaling the value of services canceled. This includes changes in your service(s) with less than a 24 hour period. For example, if you are scheduled for a service that totals $100 and change to a $65 service, the service fee will reflect the original scheduled priced at $100.
When scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to our cancellation policy and grant Karyne and Company permission to charge the credit card on file for the full amount.
