- Open wounds, boils, sores
- Active rashes
- Sunburn
- Active eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, rosacea
- Use of Accutane or Tretinoin
- Use of Retin-A, Retinol, acids, or vitamin-a derivatives
- Any and all allergies
